This role plays a critical part in ensuring our work is delivered predictably and at a high level of quality. You’ll act as the central owner of delivery, aligning clients, creative teams, and engineering around clear scope, timelines, and resourcing while keeping work connected to business goals. You’ll own day-to-day delivery decisions, ensuring projects stay on track financially and operationally, engineering time is planned effectively, and risks are identified early. Your ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders will directly impact client trust and delivery success.

What You’ll Do
Manage 4–6 active client projects while supporting long-term account growth through strong delivery and identification of expansion opportunities
Own end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
Align clients, creative teams, and engineering around scope, timelines, priorities, and resourcing decisions
Plan work with creative and engineering teams, including estimation, resource allocation, and capacity planning
Forecast and manage project team utilization, project budget burn, and overall project health
Partner with clients and internal teams to define and monitor project scope, change requests, objectives, and business requirements, ensuring feasibility and shared understanding
Track and report on overall project health, including financial performance, schedule, customer satisfaction, utilization, risks, and escalations, while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact timelines, budgets, or client trust
Lead internal and client meetings to drive alignment, accountability, and forward progress
Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to improve future delivery
Manage project and portfolio budgets and provide revenue forecasts for assigned accounts
Support quarterly or semi-annual business reviews alongside of your account manager
Required Qualifications
5–8+ years of project management experience in an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment supporting multiple client accounts
Proven ability to own end-to-end delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional team alignment with accountability for outcomes
Experience delivering on large-scale creative campaigns and projects across different mediums
Experience delivering digital, web, application, or platform-based projects
Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects or workstreams
Working knowledge of planning, estimation, and resourcing for technical and creative delivery teams
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other structured delivery methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working with clients as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have
PMP certified (or in the process of obtaining)
Certified ScrumMaster
